Terms of service
Last updated 16 September 2026
The service
HBOT Medics is the hyperbaric service within RosMedics (Pontcanna Hospital), an independent hospital registered with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales under HIW/02039RM. These terms cover this website and private HBOT bookings at The Mews, 38 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF11 9LL.
Booking, payment and clinical administration run on the same systems as IronOx Clinic, which shares the hospital, so confirmation emails and payment records may show IronOx Clinic details.
Booking and suitability
Adults may book routine HBOT directly without a GP referral. Direct access is administrative, not a diagnosis, prescription or promise that HBOT will help a condition. You must provide accurate details and complete the course declaration. An untreated pneumothorax prevents treatment; other flagged answers require clinical review.
If the clinic decides treatment cannot safely proceed, it may cancel or postpone the session and arrange the applicable refund. Emergency symptoms require emergency or NHS care, not this service.
Courses, appointments and payment
A Course reserves ten selected appointments; an Extended Course is one order containing four linked ten-session Courses. Proposed intervals are guidance and every date is editable before payment. Try One is also available. Current prices and included services appear on the pricing page.
Courses are valid for 12 months from purchase. Any extension requires an authorised, documented medical or operational reason.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact us as early as possible. We will move it to another available time where we can, and we will explain what applies to your booking before anything is changed.
Medical information and outcomes
Website content is educational and does not replace individual medical advice. Evidence varies by condition and protocol. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of this website or an HBOT booking. Outcomes differ and no particular clinical result is guaranteed.
Website use
You may use the site for personal information and legitimate booking. Do not interfere with security, submit false information, scrape patient-facing endpoints abusively or reproduce branding and original content without permission. External links are provided for context; their owners control their content.
Liability, law and contact
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory patient rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Questions can be sent to info@ironoxclinic.com through the shared clinical administration team. Concerns about care follow our complaints procedure.
