For clinics

Rent a chamber, or buy one.

We can supply the chamber. Hyperbaric equipment is the easy part — a hyperbaric service is screening, contraindications, a briefing that is identical every time, records, and somebody qualified to say no. We run one inside an HIW-registered independent hospital, and we will put the same thing in your clinic: rented monthly, or bought outright.

Pressure we run
1.5ATA

With 93–98% oxygen. We will specify to the use you have in mind, not to ours.

The governance model we would help you build, not an aspiration.

Two ways in

Option one

Rent it

A chamber, its oxygen concentrator and the operating pack arrive in your clinic on a monthly agreement. You find out what your patient list actually does with it before you have bought anything.

For a clinic testing demand, or one that wants the capability without the capital.

Option two

Buy it

You own the chamber outright. We specify it, source it, install it, train your team on it and hand over the same protocols we use ourselves — then stay reachable for the clinical questions.

For a clinic that already knows the demand is there and wants the asset on its own books.

Rental and purchase terms depend on the chamber, the room and the length of agreement, so we quote them in a conversation rather than printing a number we would have to qualify. What we will not do is quote you a monthly figure that turns out to exclude the concentrator, the install or the training.

What comes with the chamber

Specification, not a catalogue

Which chamber, at what pressure, with what oxygen delivery, sized to your room and your patients — written down with the reasoning, including where a cheaper unit would have been the wrong answer.

The operating protocols we use

Screening and medical declaration, contraindications, the pre-session briefing, session records and the stop rules. Written by a doctor and used daily in a registered hospital, rather than drafted for a manual.

Staff training on your own unit

Your team trained on the chamber in your room: pressurisation, ear clearing, the briefing script, what an adverse event looks like and exactly who they call when they see one.

A doctor on the end of the phone

The reason to do this with a hospital rather than a distributor. When a patient's declaration flags something, a clinician needs to read it — and that clinician can be ours.

What we will tell you before you sign anything

  • What the evidence does and does not support. If your business case rests on a condition where the research is negative, you should hear that from us before you commit, not from a patient afterwards.
  • What you may and may not say in your own advertising. UK rules on health claims are enforced, and a chamber in the room does not make a claim safe to print.
  • Which patients your clinic should be turning away, and the screening that catches them before they are at pressure.
  • When the honest answer is that a chamber is not the right purchase for your clinic at all.
A chamber is not a piece of gym equipment. If you put one in your clinic, you have taken on the job of deciding who should not get in it — and that decision needs a clinician behind it, whether that clinician is yours or mine.
